Reports can be made in person to any member of the Code of Conduct (CoC) Committee, or via the web form. During a convention, committee members will have royal blue Committee ribbons on their nom tags. If a committee member is not around, please email the committee at and we will arrange a time to meet with you. You can also contact an individual committee member directly via the email addresses in the bios on the Committee page if that feels more comfortable.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior at an NPL activity or event, the CoC Committee may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from a convention (with no refund). If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact the CoC Committee immediately.
